Wayne W. Wyatt

December, 2003 at the CARHA Christmas Party. Wayne loved the relics, being outdoors and his family and friends.
Wayne always had someone to chat with.
Wayne and Nancy with the four-wheeler and two of their grandchildren.
Wayne and one of his daughters in a locamotive (Wayne was retired from the railroad).
Wayne was never afraid to do something and a wild ride was right up his alley.
But finally it was time to rest and be honored by his fellow men.
Honor Guard fires a salute,
and a Bugler plays Taps as a farewell.
The Flag is folded for a final time,
For our family member and friend who is once again young with God.

You can bet that he is having fun and if you hear a laugh as you dig,
it probabley means that Wayne has seen something you missed so hunt close and hard!

We will miss you Wayne but thank you for the years of laughs and smiles while you were here.

Wayne W. Wyatt

Remembering those that have gone before us

Maybe when you get a "hunch" and dig something nice, It will be because of Mr. Wyatt, Mr. Gabor, Mr. Simpson, Mr. Taylor, Mr. Harrison or Mr. Stolpmann. Had they talked to one of those folks that went before us and asked if they could just share a little hint of where they laid something those many years ago and then nudged us that way? And then they would smile, especially Paul, and say, "Is it a good one?"
